We ship cars all over the world! We are happy to be your partner even if you are, for example, moving back to Germany from Dubai and would like to take your car with you. Then we will ship your car to Bremerhaven or Hamburg, take care of the transport insurance, handling in the port, and further transport within the EU. We are also happy to take care of clearance with customs, taxation (relocation goods are exempt), the required refitting work (rear fog light, etc.) and finally preparing German automobile registration for you. Also homologation for all other EU countries and Switzerland.

Attention: all of the transport and additional fees for customers in Germany (and the EU) are already included in all gross prices in our price lists.

You do not have to book all of these services in the packet; instead you can order individual services from us to be carried out.

If you would like to load more contents into your car we require a corresponding statement incl. details of their value for customs.

The transport insurance is insurance that fully covers the entire value of the vehicle in case the ship sinks, the container is tipped overboard, the container is stolen, burns down, piracy, total damages, etc. However, there is a co-payment for scratches or dents in the amount of 5,000 euros per container. This co-payment is necessary because the premiums would otherwise increase by a four-digit amount. The insurance is valid for lorry transport to the port.

Port handling is the unloading procedures at Hamburg Port. Please take note that these fees are NEVER already included in deals from any competing companies, even if this is often claimed.

We always ship two vehicles together in a 40" foot container. Therefore, you will be sharing the container with another customer of ours. Alternatively, we can ship your car separately in a 20 foot container. However, this carries an additional fee of ca. 400USD.

Payment occurs at invoicing, however at the latest when a copy of the Bill of Lading, the ocean carrier s consignment note, is available. This is the case around one week before arrival in Hamburg.

How do you want to register your car in Germany for clearance with customs? As goods returned, goods relocation, or trading goods? In the case of goods returned or goods relocation you are responsible for providing all documents that customs requires for these types.

The duration of the ship s journey is four weeks. Your vehicle can also be delivered to the port up to 14 days earlier by request and will be safe there. The complete procedure from loading in Dubai up to the transfer of your car in Fulda incl. arranging vehicle registration takes 2 months.

he following documents are required:

For UAE:

• Export/police papers (you will receive when deregistering your car with the blue export identification papers that you should put behind the front and back windshields)
• A copy of your passport (only the page with your name and photo)
• A list of contents in the vehicle with details of their (estimated) value.

For Germany:

• A copy of your residence visa from your passport
• Vehicle invoice
• Documentation for at least 6 months registration at the export processing zone in Dubai (for relocation goods)
• Documentation for at least 12 months residence in Dubai (for relocation goods)

• 20" - 20 foot container for one car
• 40" - 40 foot container for two cars
• 40"HQ - 40 foot high cubic container for three cars
• There are additional costs in the amount of ca. 400USD for the stacking rack.
• For additional B/Ls, fees in the amount of 60USD are incurred.
• All local charges in Dubai are included. Clearance charges and port handling in the target port are not included.
• Where applicable, there are deposit fees for containers.
• Transport insurance with a co-payment of 5,000 euros per container inclusive in the case of damages in transit or theft. In the case of sinking etc, the co-payment does not apply.
